Emergency Dispatch Services

Connect Public Safety Inc. provides consolidated emergency dispatch services for a number of private medical, security agencies and special events throughout Canada.

When a call comes into our communications centre, the CPS communicator will confirm the location and nature of the emergency and will follow detailed response protocols when responding to each call for service. In the event the call is received by cell or landline, communicators will also verify the municipality or special event the caller is at in the event the call needs to be transfered to a local PSAP (public safety answering point) or other dispatch agency.

The communications centre is supported by a computer-aided dispatch (CAD) system and records management system that allows for efficient and easy access to various information critical to responders.
